FF13 Play Arts KAI has left me in UBER DESPAIR

Can Kamui~n be more epic than Kamiya~n in saying "ZETSUBO-SHITTA?!"
Hmm, I don't think so. :P

k = Thousand unit abbreviation
$1 = Php 50

Now then, listen to my DESPAIRED thoughts.

*Super Paranoid Mode on*

I'm starting to fear that the FFXIII Play Arts KAI set (Lightning, Snow, Oerba, Sazh, Shiva and Odin) would cost at least 18k-20k php on the US market.

However, right now, we have no info on how the Eidolons are going to be released (deluxe set a la Fenrir and hardy-DAYTONA) but my personal estimates for the price of Team Nora may cost around 10k php (US market).

Consider the following factors ~
1. Lightning from the Hobby Japan Scan was revealed to be 23.5cm tall. Hopefully this is just a mistake because it's ridiculous to make the entire FFXIII totally out of scale with the rest of the PA's. That puts her around the height of the FMA Brotherhood Alphonse. Alphonse costs 2.5k at a minimum.

2. Snow Villers and Sazh Katzroy may be taller so they may cost a bit higher than Lightning.

3. Oerba is shorter than Lightning so she may cost the lowest of the four Team Nora. That may put her around the price of Roy Mustang and Edward Elric.

4. However. Alphonse Elric may only be priced so high for his weight (he's a full pack armor after all) and not his height because the RE5 which are said by AmiAmi to be at least 25cm tall are priced slightly lower than Edward Elric and Roy Mustang. With that, RE5 may be a better price reference for the FFXIII than the FMA Brotherhood...for patting one's back (and wallet).

5. All (as it seems) Play Arts KAI in US Prices ($40+) are almost parallel to the normal peso price of older Play Arts releases priced "early bird" (ie: Zack = 2000 php vs Zack = $24) in the Philippines.

Hopefully the same circumstances with regards to the price (4.5-5k or lower, though that may be asking too much) may apply to the Eidolons so that it would be more affordable.

That and I hope the Eidolons are sold separately instead a la Art FX (damn you, Ultima Weapon!!) so that buying doubles for those "Transformer" feature would be more reasonable.
...and a personal reason since I display Play Arts based on their strict numbering (no. 0, no. 1, no. 2---no. 7); I want them to be displayed how they're numbered in the line-up. :/

I'm actually planning to get the FFXIII Play Arts this way.

If the Eidolons are sold separately...
1. Good amount of funds on ETA: Team Nora - One each. Odin and Shiva - Two each.
2. Shat happens...: Team Nora - One Each. Odin and Shiva - One each (and will get the doubles on another time)

If the Eidolons are not sold separately...
1. Good amount of funds on ETA: Odin and Shiva - Two Each (will get Lightning and Snow from there), buy Oerba and Sazh separately. Sell off extra Lightning and Snow.
2. Shat happens...: Odin and Shiva - One Each, buy Oerba and Sazh separately.

I hope that I could prepare at least 25-50% of the total estimated price by next year for the reservation fee to "one of our reliable suppliers." :D

But for now...

I'M IN DESPAIR!!! XDDD
