As for me, I want to do this figure before the year ends but I currently have several things on pre-order and my funds are extremely limited. ^^;
Therefore, I will do one for myself early 2010.

Although I'm definitely not a fan of purchasing bootlegs, even for customization purposes (although you'd have to be mad to mod the Static Arts Sebestian... he goes for such ridiculous prices!), I'd love to see someone do this. It's a pretty awesome idea.
